This review is for the service department. Our third vehicle is our 2008 Armada we have had since it was brand new. We bought it from Mossy in National City that long ago. It has been a great car to us, and clearly we haven’t been ready to part with it despite having newer cars. My parents were visiting and driving it this past weekend, and all was well, until a sudden loud clunk at a stop light! My step dad is great with vehicles and pretty much knew right away it was the brakes and possibly a pin had dropped out. Whatever that mean? I had it towed right to the dealership and the guys from the start to finish were amazing!!! They were so helpful, fast, and everyone was reliable, and absolutely zero nickel and diming. In fact, it was cheaper doing brakes there with OEM parts than when we had to desperately get some done for a road trip at a Jiffy Lube in Florida, who, by the way, completely messed them up. Stay far away from those places and stick with the dealers! Also, our dealer brakes that came on the car lasted about 76k of our 107k miles we have on the vehicle. The terrible set from Jiffy Lube that cost more last only the remaining 31k. So, you tell me what the better deal is? Definitely go see the guys at Mossy O’side for your service needs. They will let you know what needs done, and they will take good care of you!

I have purchased many cars in the past, and I had bad experiences when it comes to buy a car. I am very happy that I chose Mossy Nissan Poway and Luca in the sales department for my new vehicle. I have been treated with honesty and it was a pleasure working with Luca. If you are in the market for a Nissan, I would recommend to stop at Poway Nissan! And most important...I love my Altima!!!

First time buying an “adult” car and it couldn’t have been better ! We went to 9 dealerships before coming here and we got Tony from a recommendation from a friend that works there and he could not have been better ! If you’re looking for a new car that’s is a decent price , come here and see Tony ! He really listened to what i wanted and he delivered and even helped me to find a good rate on car insurance. He goes above and beyond. The entire staff was great even the manager Manny. Had a great first car shopping and financing experience !
