Vehicle Overview
Redesigned last year, the Nissan Altima midsize sedan comes with a choice of four-cylinder or V-6 power. Competitors to the five-seat, front-drive Altima include the Toyota Camry, Honda Accord and Ford Fusion.
New for 2014
The Altima coupe has been dropped from the lineup. Changes to the sedan mainly involve new optional features and packages. A new Technology Package that arrives later in the model year replaces the Navigation Package on the SV models and includes navigation with NissanConnect, a blind spot warning system, lane departure warning and moving object detection.
S models can have a new Display Audio Package with a 5-inch color display, backup camera, USB port and NissanConnect Apps smartphone integration. A Sport Value Package for 2.5 S models includes 16-inch alloy wheels, remote start and a rear spoiler.
