Car and Driver Ranks the Nissan Maxima #1 Full Size Sedan
The Maxima is hardly a four-door sports car but its dramatic styling, comfortable cabin, and extensive list of features make it a compelling choice. There’s a 300-hp 3.5-liter V-6 under the hood but it’s mated to a CVT and drives the front wheels. Navigation is standard, as are two touch screens and dual-zone automatic climate control. Moving up the range adds goodies like semi-aniline leather seats, Bose audio and access to NissanConnect—a full suite of telematics and live concierge services.

Nissan LEAF, the #WorldsCleanestCar pulls the ultimate prank
NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The "world's cleanest car" is daring its fans to get it dirty. Nissan launched a social media campaign that will include a series of online videos to showcase a zero-emissions Nissan LEAF with self-cleaning nano-paint technology. Created to demonstrate its potential use in future production vehicles, this LEAF is armed with Ultra-Ever Dry® paint to help repel almost any liquid that may come its way. Nissan first introduced the one-of-a-kind LEAF this past April.

BE PREPARED! WINTER WEATHER, HOLIDAY TRAVEL TIPS!
Tires are the number one factor in winter driving safety. When was the last time you had your tires replaced? If it was recently, have you been getting them rotated regularly? Many people forget to get this done, which means these so-called "new" tires are wearing unevenly and could actually be unsafe. Make sure you visually inspect your tires for uneven wear, and loss of tread. Better yet, have a professional inspect them! Balding tires do not grip the road effectively and they increase your breaking distance substantially - especially in wet or icy road conditions. Remember: Worn out tires aren't safe on dry pavement, but they are downright dangerous on rainy, snowy or icy roads. Be sure to get those tires inspected, rotated, and replaced if necessary right away! You can always make an appointment at your local Mossy Nissan service center - for any service needs!
